“Governance is frequently unseen and only in the spotlight when things go wrong”

Our remit is to support you to recruit, develop and retain strong, effective leaders and create robust and open governance practices in your organisation. We understand the importance of an engaged, high performing, diverse Board; enabling and driving your organisation to grow and achieve your strategic aims with the utmost impact.

The Committee on Standards in Public Life, chaired by Lord Nolan in 1995, established the Seven ‘Nolan Principles’; providing a framework for the improvement of conduct in public life. The adoption of these principles can underpin and help protect your organisation. We uphold the Nolan Principles and work with integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty, selflessness, and leadership. Our work ethics are wholly underpinned by these principles.
